How do I download the app?

  • You can download the app by visiting the links above from your mobile device. Alternatively, visit your app store (iOS App Store or Google Play Store) and search 'StudentCom'.

How do I log into the app?

  • All of the Support content is availble without being logged in, but can also tap My Account and log in with your StudentCom username and password to view your account details .

The app will not recognise my username or password, what do I do?

  • To get a username reminder email or reset your password, follow the 'Forgotten your username / password' links on the login screen.
